Escape to Stockholm’s stunning archipelago for our annual Pilates, barre and yoga retreat.
Start your mornings with a Swedish sauna, a fresh dip in the Baltic Sea and Pilates on the jetty, with unspoilt views across the water. Pretty heavenly!
After breakfast, explore the island, relax on the jetty with a book or enjoy fika (Swedish coffee and cake time) before a barre class and a Swedish brunch.
In the evenings, enjoy a delicious dinner made with locally sourced produce. Treat yourself to a massage, or relax with a glass of wine after all that fresh air.
Who it’s for
Time to put yourself first
Made for anyone who rarely finds time for themselves. Days are spent outdoors on the peaceful island of Ingarö: sea dips, forest walks and classes on the jetty, with plenty of fresh air in between.
Do as little or as much as you like. Join every class, or curl up on the decking with a good book and soak up the quiet. Time in nature, space to reflect and new friendships; it’s good for the soul.
